BUTLER COUNTY ENGIEER

The proposed project realigned two offset “T” intersections on Butler-Warren Road into a single modern roundabout. The project relocated approximately 600 feet of West Chester Road to align with Socialville-Fosters Road.  L&A prepared the Categorical Exclusion environmental document and prepared supporting studies, using our experience with federally-funded, local transportation projects to represent the County and achieve ODOT approvals. L&A coordinated pasture access for field studies within an active farm, including arranging property access for ODOT staff site visits. L&A provided information to the design team regarding ecological resources within the project area and advice on the Section 404 waterway permitting strategies.
