L&A has provided a wide range of services to address indoor air quality issues at Nationwide Realty Investor (NRI) facilities in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida and California. To date, we have completed more than 25 assignments at residential and commercial buildings they own or operate to investigate occupant exposure complaints and to address moisture and mold concerns. The scope of services have included peer reviews, development of sampling plans, field surveys and sampling, data evaluation and technical reporting. L&A has also managed other consultants in the execution of sampling programs for facilities outside the Midwest. Because many situations require rapid response, L&A is frequently onsite within 24 hours of notice to proceed, issuing reporting documents in 48 hours of the fieldwork or receipt of analytical results.
