Work under this contract has included a quick-response UST pull when a utility company discovered a UST under a sidewalk when they were installing cable, and three sites are undergoing Tier 1 Evaluations, including a site at Dayton’s International Airport. L&A has also submitted a Remedial Action Plans (RAP) and has prepared an after-the-fact closure at a local fire station. In addition, L&A has completed inspections of eight sites where the City is currently operating 20 USTs.
