Lawhon & Associates, Inc. developed the maintenance plans and budget for the two new buildings and restored the existing facility. For this project, L&A developed a written program, organized all equipment data, developed a comprehensive preventive maintenance plan and created a resource list. As part of the program, L&A evaluated the program, with the assistance of the district, to determine a budget for operation of the Maintenance Program. Included in this budgeting evaluation were the recommended annual service needs that are suggested by the equipment manufacturer and life cycles of the equipment. In addition, other maintenance items / equipment costs were recommended and found necessary.
