L&A performed building and mechanical system investigations for a card cervices facility located in the greater Cincinnati area. Monitoring for the following potential indoor air pollutants was performed; these were carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, temperature, relative humidity, particulates, ozone, volatile organic compounds and allergens. L&A made appropriate housekeeping recommendations regarding dust and allergen reservoirs observed in the facility and measures to control volatile organic off gassing during upcoming renovation projects.
