Columbus Public Schools, Fort Hayes Career Center

For more than ten years, L&A has completed approximately 100 asbestos and lead-related projects for the Columbus Public Schools system, including inspection and management plan projects and abatement. Lawhon & Associates, Inc. (L&A) was contracted to survey, assess, design abatement action for and monitor the remediation of Building 110 at the Ft. Hayes Complex (Bldg. 110 not pictured) in Columbus, Ohio. Ft. Hayes is on the National Register as an historic site. Today this project is still one of the largest non-public housing lead abatement projects completed in central Ohio.
