Since the 1980s, L & A has successfully performed a variety of services for both public and private elementary, middle, and high school facilities. These services include removing and installing fuel tanks at bus garages, assisting maintenance managers with the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA), and performing indoor air quality services.

Our experience with secondary educational facilities is extensive, including work with The Ohio State University and Ohio University as well as with smaller private schools.

As a Maintenance Plan Advisor, we provide expert assistance to K-12 School Districts for preventive maintenance and capital planning programs for newly completed and renovated facilities.
